There is a precise moment at Cascina Belvedì when the day decides its pace. The gravitational center becomes the roaring fireplace in our historic rooms. Here, the pace slows down even further, and breakfast transforms into a more intimate, almost sacred service. You will find warm bread and pastries waiting for you the moment you are seated; cured meats and cheeses will arrive a moment later, served with the care of those who wish to protect your warmth while, outside, the forest rests.

We do not serve anonymous products, but stories of people we know by name. Every ingredient we bring to the table at Cascina Belvedì has local roots, sourced through our team's search for artisanal excellence: The flavors of the mountain pasture: cheeses from Brumana and Locatelli, guardians of the local dairy tradition. Signature charcuterie: cured meats from the Cavagna farm. The purity of fruit: juices from Sant’Anna and Giardino di Rota.
