At Cascina Belvedì, September's return transforms time from city frenzy into something to savour, offering a serene haven where silence, relaxation by the pool, and high-altitude cuisine grant the luxury of unplugging from routine.

The new menu is born from teamwork, devotion to raw ingredients, and a few distant influences that reshaped how we think about balance. A menu that tells the story of an honest cuisine—and occasionally allows itself a smile.

Renovating meant giving physical form to our idea of hospitality: a project of balance and rigour, where the comfort of the new suites extends the emotion experienced at the table.
