Lunch and dinner

Our menu is a dialogue between Bergamasco roots and a contemporary sensibility.

Cover charge and service €3 - Water €2 - Coffee €3 - On Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch, a minimum of two savory courses per person is required.

Appetizers

  • Savory biscuit, goat ricotta and spring vegetables
  • Bone marrow, beef tartare, wild garlic and herring roe
  • Cantabrian anchovies, pan brioche and salted butter
  • Foie gras torchon, pan brioche and Belvedì compote
  • Traditional appetizer with a selection of cured meats from the Cascina and assorted delicacies

  • 61° egg, mashed potato, agretti and stracchino cheese

First courses

  • Scarpinocc del Belvedì
  • Potato gnocchi, spring onion, hazelnuts and branzi cheese
  • Basil risotto, crème fraîche and trout
  • Tagliatella, white salami ragù, fava beans and pecorino cheese

Second courses

  • Tender veal with Bergamasca or Taragna polenta
  • Quail, egg yolk and asparagus
  • Lamb and Roman-style artichokes

Grilled / Charcoal-grilled

  • Picanha, potatoes and chimichurri
  • T-bone / Rib-eye steak

Cheeses

  • Selection of local cheeses from nearby farms
